Deckers Butchery is a family business with well-established values based on quality products and understanding our customers requirements. We deliver specialised products for catering establishments, priding ourselves on our ability to tailor the product to each customer's requirements. We can bespoke the sourcing of meat, the way the product is prepared, packaged and delivered.
We offer a full range of butchered meats ensuring quality and consistency across all our products. In particular we specialise in steaks which we have been cutting the same way for nearly 30 years. All our beef is aged for at least 30 days and we have full trace-ability back to farm and beast. We also produce sausages and burgers to our tried and tested recipe.
Deckers butchery is fully accredited by the food standards agency to provide cutting, preparation and distribution of meat. Approval number 2001 under regulation (EC) 853/2004 provides us with the correct paperwork to legally supply you. It also gives you the reassurance that you are dealing with a company who knows what they are doing in preparing meat to the highest standards. We are also able to offer Halal meats, supplied with full documentation.
